Terms of Hire / Safety Guidelines

Please take time to read carefully the following Terms & Conditions of Hire and Safety Recommendations. They are very important for the Safety & Well-being of all users.

It is the explicit duty of the hirer to ensure that children are supervised at all times by a responsible adult (over 18 years of age). Persons under the influence of alcohol may not supervise the children.
The unit must be set up on a grass area.
The inflatable must be cleared of all users before it is inflated or deflated.
Shoes and any objects such as necklaces, belts, watches and spectacles must be removed before entering the inflatable.
Strictly no wooden or metal toys are allowed.
No food or drink is allowed on or near the inflatable.
It is very important that children do not have a meal immediately before playing on the Bouncy Castle.
Children must not bounce on the front step. Children should step onto the Bouncy Castle i.e. they should not bounce on or off at any time. Adults & Children should not sit on the front step. The step & front of the Bouncy Castle must be left unobstructed at all times.
No rough play, somersaults, acrobatics or other activities such as “flips” - this can cause serious neck injuries.
Climbing and / or sitting on the walls of the Bouncy Castle are very dangerous and therefore not allowed.
No jumping on the Slides. Children should always slide down on their bottoms only.
STRICTLY NO HEAD FIRST.
Dogs or any other Animals are strictly not allowed on or near the equipment.
The number of children allowed on the unit at any one time should be strictly monitored and regulated in accordance with their safety. Children should be grouped according to their ages and sizes.
Party poppers, hair dye, silly string, spray foam and any other liquids must not be used on our Inflatable.
Children with face paints are not allowed on our:
Bouncy Castle / Inflatable Slide – the paint causes permanent stains. The cost of cleaning & any other repairs must be paid by the hirer.
In windy conditions, all users should be cleared immediately and the unit switched off.
In the event of rain, the event organizers should ensure that the electric motor and extension cable(s) are properly protected against dampness and that the air intake on the side of the motor is not obstructed.
Smoking & Barbecues are "strictly" not allowed near our Bouncy Castle or Inflatable Slide.
Please have the Inflatable ready for collection at the agreed time in the same condition i.e. clean & dry, as you would like to receive it.
If the rain cover / sun cover is removed due to a heat wave, it must be put back in position before collection. Failure to do so will result in a charge of £30.00 for it to be repositioned by our staff. This is required as a separate payment on delivery.
